Look at the Message
Evaluate what the message is and determine what the response has been. If the response isn’t present or satisfactory, it means the message is lacking. The message needs to have a call to action and an offer. It needs to speak to what the customer needs and be delivered to the right audience.

Determine Your Target Audience
